About the role
A brand-new contract opportunity has been created for a fully remote Building Control Surveyor (Plan Checker) to solely deliver building control plan checks (minimum RBI 2B).
The Role:
This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plan assessment services on both on Domestic and/or Commercial schemes (RBI dependent). The nature of your working is entirely flexible and can be either be full working days or ran alongside a current role in your spare time if needed.
- Rate: £50 – £60/hr DOE
- Contract Length: Initial 3-6-month contract
- IR35 Status: Inside IR35 (Outside a possibility)
- Hours: Anywhere from 10 – 22.5hrs/wk available.
