Experienced in property management and looking to join a well-established lettings agency offering strong earning potential and a friendly working environment?

A vacancy has arisen in Croydon for a Property Manager to join our clients' well-established Lettings Agency.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and positive Property Manager to join a close-knit and friendly team, with a strong basic salary, commission structure and opportunities for training and career development.

This position is initially available on a 12-month maternity cover basis, with a view of continuation based on staffing levels and performance.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of around 100 properties
• Instruct contractors and schedule appointments
• Liaise with tenants and suppliers
• Follow up on outstanding works
• Handle general queries and resolve maintenance issues
• Maintain ongoing relationships with tenants and suppliers
• Carry out property inspections
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solve and manage workloads effectively

Property Manager requirements:

• Highly organised with a positive work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure and problem-solve
• Computer literate
• Able to work well as part of a team and individually

What's on Offer?

• £30,000 basic salary
• £35,000 - £37,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Working Pattern

• Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• 1 Saturday per month, with a lieu day in return
