Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the Primary National Curriculum.

  • Cultivate an organised, inspiring, and safe classroom space that displays and values children's work.

  • Use formative assessment data to tailor daily learning plans and prevent children from falling behind.

  • Direct and deploy classroom teaching assistants creatively to maximise student achievement.

  • Build strong, professional relationships with parents through regular updates and structured meetings.


Requirements for the Role
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Applications from ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome).

  • Deep knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective primary teaching strategies.

  • A current Enhanced DBS check valid for the Update Service (or willingness to process one).

  • Exceptional communication skills, leadership potential, and standard-setting behaviour management.

  • A strong commitment to contributing to the wider life and extra-curricular culture of the school.
