We’re looking for a committed, person to help drive high‑quality parenting practice within our Targeted Family Help/Family Help Service supporting the delivery of a wide variety of parenting programmes including the Family Hub Parenting Stream. If you’re passionate about impactful parenting programmes, evidence‑based support, and building strong multi‑agency partnerships, this is a fantastic opportunity to influence real change.
The successful applicants will, work alongside the ten districts in the city to support the delivery of a wide variety of Parenting programmes across the city. Your goal will be to deliver effective parenting programmes to families across the city, ensuring the best outcomes possible for children and families in Birmingham, you will actively collaborate with partners, schools, community services and the voluntary sector, driving a clear ambition and a shared understanding of the benefits and impact of early identification and prevention for children by delivering a variety of parenting programmes.
We have been rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted, following a 2023 inspection. This is a fantastic achievement for Birmingham Children's Trust, with many positive highlights focusing on areas including the quality of staff leadership, partnership working, safeguarding and corporate parenting.
This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham so you must reside within a suitable commutable distance around Birmingham and have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK. Sadly, we do not support those who require sponsorship.
