The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen at North Herts Council for a Cultural Learning Apprentice to join the team at North Hertfordshire Museum. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about museums, learning and working with the public. The Experience you will bring

You'll have good communication and organisational skills, be comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience of working with the public, children or people with disabilities is desirable, as is an interest in administration, social media, Canva or other creative tools. Most importantly, you'll be keen to learn and make a positive contribution to the team and community.

As part of your employment, you will study for and complete a Cultural Learning & Participation Officer Level 3 Apprenticeship.
