Are you an experienced Service Manager or Care Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity?

We're looking for a passionate and driven Service Manager to oversee supported living services across Shrewsbury, Oswestry and St Martins, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism to live independent and fulfilling lives.

The Role

As Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple supported living services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is always delivered.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop support teams.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Drive quality and continuous improvement across services.
• Promote independence and positive outcomes for service users.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, performance and training.
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders.
• Oversee service budgets and operational performance.

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous management experience within Health & Social Care.
• Experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A Level 3 or Level 4 Management qualification.
• Commitment to achieving a Level 5 qualification.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
