About the role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman / Site Manager to oversee a Japanese retail fit-out project based in Acton.
Job Details:
- Location: Acton
- Start date: 07/09
- Duration: 4-5 weeks
- Rate: £300-£350 per day (DOE)
- Sector: Retail fit-out / shopfitting
- Hours: Full-time
Duties will include:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site
- Supervising trades and subcontractors
- Coordinating the fit-out programme
- Monitoring the quality of works
- Managing health and safety on site
- Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
- Liaising with the client and project team
- Ensuring works are completed to programme
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Site Manager on fit-out or shopfitting projects
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid (preferred)
- Ability to manage a fast-paced retail fit-out project
