Experiential Designer

This is an Experiential Designer role working across several global sports and retail accounts – the kind of partnership where a household streetwear brand deliberately works with fewer, more important partners. You take the brief and the brand’s global directives, and you make the first creative call in 3D. The visual tone for everything downstream starts with you.

This is a studio that concepts, then builds and installs what it designs in-house. Your idea isn’t diluted through a chain of interpretation – it’s manufactured and put in front of consumers. That combination of front-of-process creative ownership and genuine build capability is rare at this size.

The Role
You’ll lead 3D spatial concept development, translating brand directives into ideas that set the creative direction across European retail projects. SketchUp is your primary tool to craft mood-driven models that communicate intent, layout, and spatial storytelling before handoff to visualisation and technical teams. You’ll art-direct through composition, focal points, and materiality, define the consumer journey and decide what becomes the hero moment.

You’ll ideate alongside Creative Directors, present your rationale internally, and partner with technical designers to carry concepts into production while protecting the original intent.

The Person
You’ve spent roughly 3 – 6 years in spatial or retail design, in an agency, a brand environments consultancy, or an in-house retail team. Your portfolio leads with concept-led work: pop-ups, store concepts, brand environments. 

SketchUp is where you think, backed by Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote or PowerPoint. Experience in sports, streetwear, or premium lifestyle retail will feel especially at home here.
