Job Title: Senior Program Manager - Subscriptions Delivery

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6-Month Initial Contract (Potential extension to 12 months)

Start Date: ASAP (No later than mid-September)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across high-impact Subscriptions portfolio initiatives for a leading global streaming platform.

In this role, you will act as the operational glue connecting Product, Engineering, Design, Insights, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You'll take charge of strategic "P1" bets-focusing on user acquisition, retention, and monetization-while managing cross-functional alignment, capacity planning, and proactive risk management across global time zones.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of 2 core strategic bets (with potential oversight of 5-6 initiatives overall).

• Align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Design, and Commercial teams without formal authority.

• Manage roadmaps, dependencies, risk mitigation, and capacity planning in a fast-paced environment.

• Build order and structured processes out of ambiguity while leveraging modern productivity tools (including AI/LLMs).

What We're Looking For

• 3-10 years of proven program/project delivery experience within fast-paced tech or product environments.

• Hands-on experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams.

• Strong track record of influencing stakeholders across geographies (US, UK, Europe).

• Comfortable operating in dynamic, ambiguous environments with rapidly changing priorities.

• Nice to Have: Background in tier-1 tech, media, or subscription-based platforms; hands-on use of AI/agentic tools (GPT or similar) to optimize delivery.
