Support Worker - Kinross

Location: Kinross

Hours: 30 hours per week (Full 24-hour service rotational shifts, including sleepovers and weekends)

We are seeking compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join a dedicated team in Kinross, providing high-quality care to adults within a supported living environment.

You will provide essential day-to-day care and support to help individuals live as independently as possible. Key duties include:

• Assisting with all aspects of personal care with dignity and respect.

• Safe administration and management of medication.

• Assisting with specialised feeding and mealtime support.

• Supporting rotational shift patterns, including participating in a 24-hour service with night sleepovers (including 2:1 support requirements).

• Previous experience in moving and handling people.

• Experience in medication administration.

• Awareness or training in Dysphagia and choking risks (highly desirable).

• A flexible approach to shift patterns, including weekends and sleepovers.

• A caring, patient, and dedicated attitude towards person-centred care.

• Competitive hourly rate and sleepover allowances.
