• UDA rate: upto £17.00 (depending on units taken on)
• Enhanced UDA rate: Up to £18.00 for candidates with experience in teaching and mentoring dentists (EU mentor role)

Associate Dentist / Newport, Isle of Wight

MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent dental practice located on the Isle of Wight, Newport to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Details:

• Independent dental practice.
• Available immediately with notice periods taken into consideration.
• Full time with part time hours considered.
• 3-5 days per week.
• Monday to Friday 9-5.
• Days and hours to be discussed.
• Practice require a general dentist.
• Self employed role.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Flexible UDA allocation. Contract size: 21000 UDAs
• Up to £17 per UDA
• 50/50 Private/Lab fees.
• Busy patient list.
• All private skills considered with the option to place dental implants.

Practice Details:

• Brand new purpose built 5 surgery dental practice.
• Providing general dentist and cosmetic dentistry.
• Dental Therapist support at the practice.
• Onsite parking available.

Facilities & Equipment:

• Computerised (Dentally)
• Digital X-Rays.
• Intra-oral camera.
• Rotary Endo.
• Hand held scanner.
• CBCT Scanner.

Requirements:

• GDC registration.
• Active performer number
• Valid DBS check

Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings.
