East London, London Dovetail and Slate Entry 3 Lecturer - Foundation Learning Location: East London Contract: Part-time, Temporary Start: ASAP Hours: 32+ hours per week Working Pattern: Across 5 days Are you an experienced Foundation Learning, SEN/SEND or FE Lecturer looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting for an Entry 3 Lecturer working with learners who have low starting points, SEND/SEMH needs and barriers to learning. The Role Deliver English, Maths, tutorials and personal/social/study skills. Support learners with low starting points and barriers to learning. Develop engaging and differentiated learning. Support positive behaviour and learner engagement. Monitor progress, attendance and achievement. Contribute to EHCP and progression planning. Work closely with support staff and external professionals. About You Essential: Full Level 5 teaching qualification - PGCE, Cert Ed or DET. Experience teaching SEND/SEMH learners. Experience working with low starting points or challenging/disengaged learners. Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills. Experience delivering English and Maths.
