We are looking for experienced Chef de Parties with a strong fine dining restaurant background to join our temporary chef team across London.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie
- Strong fine dining restaurant experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Strong knowledge of fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Confident working across different sections
- Able to maintain high standards during busy service
- Professional, reliable and well organised
- Comfortable adapting quickly to different kitchen teams
Requirements
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
- Allergen Awareness
- Health & Safety Level 2
- COSHH
- Right to work in the UK
