An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Practice Manager to take ownership of a supportive dental setting. Strong team support, varied leadership responsibilities and genuine involvement in practice operations make this an appealing opportunity for an experienced dental professional seeking career progression.

About the Position:

• Full-Time position with alternate weekend working required
• Benefit from an annual salary exceeding £35,000
• Visa sponsorship support where this is required
• Take ownership of daily practice management responsibilities
• Work closely alongside area and senior management
• CQC registration is advantageous but not essential
• Great opportunity to develop professionally
• Available to start from September 2026

• Manage receptionists, dental nurses and wider practice teams
• Located in a picturesque area, minutes away from the beach
• Oversee rotas, annual leave, sickness and staff cover
• Support recruitment, inductions, appraisals and mandatory training
• Maintain CQC compliance, audits and risk assessments
• Monitor NHS activity, patient payments and clinician diaries
• Oversee equipment servicing, decontamination and safety records
• Convenient location with good transport links nearby
