Are you a passionate Maths and Science Teacher looking to make a real difference?
A specialist SEMH school in Westbury is seeking a dedicated teacher to deliver engaging Maths and Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils. This is a full-time position running until Christmas, offering the opportunity to positively impact the lives of young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.
The Role
Teach Maths and Science to pupils across KS3 and KS4.
Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs.
Support pupils with SEMH needs, helping them build confidence and achieve academically.
Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with the wider school team to promote excellent outcomes for all learners.
Must Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching Maths and/or Science at KS3 and KS4.
Experience working with pupils with SEMH, SEND, or additional learning needs is desirable.
Calm, resilient, and able to build positive relationships with young people.
Committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
