Commercial Solicitor

Our client, a highly regarded Scottish law firm is seeking a driven and ambitious commercial solicitor to join its established Commercial team based in Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse and purpose-driven client base, predominantly across the housing and third sectors, while developing your expertise in a broad range of commercial matters. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload, significant client exposure, and the opportunity to take ownership of matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Working as part of a busy and experienced commercial team, you will advise clients on a wide range of commercial and governance matters, including:

• Drafting, negotiating and interpreting commercial contracts and agreements
• Advising on corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues
• Supporting clients with internal policies and risk management strategies
• Providing practical and commercially focused legal advice
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities

This role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to play an important part in the continued growth and development of the department.

Applicants will ideally be NQ-5Yrs PQE and must have commercial contracts experience.
