Cheshire | £30,000–£34,000 per annum, depending on experience

Our client is seeking an experienced Parts and Accessories Person to support the efficient day-to-day operation of its parts department. This customer-focused role involves sourcing, ordering and supplying parts and accessories accurately and efficiently.

The role:
• Manage the day-to-day parts and accessories operation.
• Identify and source the correct parts and accessories for customers and internal requirements.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and delivery information.
• Provide knowledgeable, professional advice to customers.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, orders and customer enquiries.
• Handle enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
• Raise invoices and process payments where required.
• Work with other departments to ensure parts and accessories are available when needed.
• Resolve delivery, stock and product issues promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to increase parts and accessories sales.
• Keep the parts area clean, organised and professional.

About you:
You will have previous experience in a parts or accessories-focused role, with knowledge gained in a relevant environment such as automotive, leisure, engineering or a related sector.

You will be:
• Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple orders and enquiries.
• Commercially aware, with an eye for sales opportunities.
• Comfortable using computer systems and stock management software.
• A confident communicator with a professional manner.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
• A supportive team player who is happy to get involved.

What’s on offer:
• £30,000–£34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Full-time, permanent position.
• Monday to Friday working hours.
