Pay Rates

• £14.18 per hour PAYE, or £16.24 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
• Overtime paid at x1.5 after 37 hours
• Sundays paid at x2

The Opportunity

Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is looking for a Stores Person to join their team in Bedhampton. This role is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, picking, kitting and dispatch of materials that support the production of high-performance aerospace components used on civil and military aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, kit and issue materials to production.
• Receive and book goods into the ERP system.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and investigate discrepancies.
• Carry out cycle counts and support stock accuracy activities.
• Store materials correctly and maintain inventory records.
• Pack products and spare parts ready for dispatch.
• Complete all documentation accurately to ensure traceability.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, quality and safety.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the stores function.

About You

• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of goods-in, inventory control and dispatch processes.
• A positive, flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Experience using ERP systems would be advantageous.
