Senior Project Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week on-site

Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship

We are looking for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join a growing Business and Project Management team, delivering medium to large-scale projects across a diverse and strategically important technology portfolio.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery, working with multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to deliver on time, on cost and on quality.

What will you be doing?

• Leading projects and programmes across planning, delivery and close-out.
• Managing cost, schedule, risk and project performance.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
• Supporting bids, tenders and project estimates.
• Identifying complex problems and driving practical solutions.
• Applying project management best practice and continuously improving delivery.
• Working across multi-disciplinary and international teams.

What are we looking for?

• Project or Programme Management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and risk.
• Experience of bidding, tendering or estimating would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial and business judgement.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to operate in complex environments.
• The ability to motivate, influence and support others.
