The Role

Most successful recruiters start their career as a Recruitment Resourcer, learning the core skills needed to succeed.

You will:

• Source and attract candidates for roles within the construction sector
• Screen and interview candidates
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities
• Support consultants with filling client vacancies
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and workers

Once you’ve mastered the resourcing side of the role, you will progress into a Recruitment Consultant position, where you will:

• Develop new business opportunities
• Build and manage client relationships
• Understand client recruitment requirements
• Deliver recruitment solutions through phone, marketing, and face-to-face meetings

You’ll be supported by an experienced team and in-house resourcing support to help maximise your success.

What We’re Looking For

We are interested in speaking with individuals who have:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence speaking with people on the phone and face-to-face
• A natural ability to build relationships
• Experience in customer service, sales, or B2B environments (preferred but not essential)

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:45
Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
