Principal Recruitment Consultant – Construction

Net Temps are looking to meet with experienced recruitment professionals who are looking to become part of a winning team, with a great culture and great career prospects. We are a dynamic and vibrant recruitment business located in Colwick, Nottingham operating within the Construction, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors. Since incorporating in 1998, Net Temps has become a recognised name in the sectors it serves, and now in its 28th year is continuing to grow.

We are are currently looking to add experienced recruiters to join our well-established Construction division. We are interested in speaking to recruiters who have experience in either perm or temporary recruitment within the sector, and ready to take the next step in their career.

The Position

Depending on your experience level you could be either taking on responsibility for developing further opportunities within existing key client accounts or helping open up new business opportunities, or a blend of both! You will receive plenty of support whilst also having a significant amount of autonomy over your work schedule to enable you to plan your time effectively to get the most out of your day.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with several years experience in the Construction sector . It is also about the right fit with our culture and team. You should be a hardworking and ambitious individual with a passion to succeed. You should be able to communicate well with both clients and your peers, and enjoy working as part of a team, our team. You will be organised, passionate about the sector in which you work, and motivated by the rewards and recognition the role has to offer.

Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
