We're looking for a highly organised Sustainable Funding Coordinator to support funding, bids, tenders and contract management across our Education, Residential and Supported Accommodation services.

Working closely with the Bids & Contracts Manager, you'll coordinate funding uplifts, support tender submissions, manage contract records, maintain Salesforce data and build strong relationships with Local Authorities and key stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Support bids, tenders and procurement activities
• Coordinate funding uplift processes
• Manage and maintain contract records and data
• Monitor procurement portals and new opportunities
• Liaise with Local Authorities and internal stakeholders
• Support reporting, audits and business improvement projects

What We're Looking For

• Strong administration and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience within bids, contracts, funding or procurement is desirable
• Salesforce experience is advantageous
