Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Deliver outstanding food service across retail, restaurant, and hospitality settings
Support senior chefs in catering planning and execution, ensuring compliance with HACCP and COSHH
Contribute to menu development and quality enhancements
Hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate and a full, clean UK driving licence
Proven experience in high-volume catering or private dining environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
