Aircraft Cleaner - Flexible Working - Night Shifts - Bournemouth Airport

Optime Group are proud to be recruiting Aircraft Cleaners for a prestigious client at Bournemouth. This is a very enjoyable role offering the flexibility to pick your shifts with a great company offering excellent conditions and facilities.

• 24th August 2026

What's on offer:

• Rate of pay: £13.27 per hour
• Working Hours: MAINLY 22:00 pm to 06:00 am shifts published in advance and at short notice allowing you to work to your own schedule – Shift availability will range from 2-4 shifts per week
• You must pick up a minimum of 2 shifts per week. (Shift timing examples below)
• Shifts: Ad-Hoc - You must be able flexible with your start and finish times.
• Weekly Pay (every Friday)
• Temp to Perm (performance-related).

Key responsibilities:

• Cleaning of all areas of various sizes of aeroplanes making sure they are ready for their next journeys.
• Cleaning and restocking aircraft consumables.
• Vacuuming carpets and wiping down equipment and surfaces.
• Cleaning aircraft kitchen areas (galleys) and washrooms.
• Removing rubbish and making sure that it is properly disposed.
• Assuring the proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Security checking of the aircraft and reporting any findings as per your training.

Shifts available:

Below are the shifts that will be available on the App, you must be able to work 2 shifts per week and able to work Night shifts. This is not a full-time role.

Example Shifts:

• 22:00 – 06:00
• Limited day shifts will also be available 11:30 – 17:00

The ideal candidate:

• Has lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years or more, as all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Counter Terrorist Check (CTC).
• Valid Passport or Driving Licence /Birth Certificate or National ID card.
• This role requires you to stand for long periods of time (8 hours).
• UK Settled Status (If applicable).
• Proof of National Insurance.
• Proof of (current) Address.
• 5 Year Address History.
• 5 Year Work Reference History.
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check and CTC following interview in line with CAA requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: As this position is in the aviation industry, successful applicants must be able to provide 5-year checkable history.
