Engineering Manager - London

My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to oversee engineering operations across six sites in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance, compliance, and operational excellence.

This role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate multi-site activities, manage resources effectively, and maintain robust health and safety standards.

You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure engineering projects and maintenance programmes are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

The role demands excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all sites.

Proven experience in engineering management across multiple sites
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
Ability to manage contractors and supplier relationships
Budget management and cost control experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in maintenance planning and project delivery
Ability to work across multiple locations effectively

Previous experience as an Engineering Manager in the FM & Maintenance sector is essential.

This is a permanent position and is paying up to 60k.

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems (desirable)

Certifications & Standards:
Relevant engineering or facilities management qualifications (desirable)
Health and Safety certifications (e.g. NEBOSH) (desirable)
