Source Supply are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Middlesbrough.

The school require an EYFS Teaching Assistant with a passion for encouraging young minds to explore, grow and discover the world.

The EYFS Team believe that play is the best form of learning, and that every child deserves a warm and nurturing start in life.

The successful EYFS Teaching Assistant will be strong at building connections with the young learners and their families, being a trusted and encouraging presence who ensures the students feel safe and valued, and parents feel informed and involved in their children’s progression.

If you have a genuine love for working with young children and hold a DfE-recognised early years qualification, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements
All successful applicants will:
– Hold a DFE recognised qualification in early years
– Have experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
– Have a nurturing, patient and consistent approach
– Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
– Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
– Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
– Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
