Principal Commercial Officer   Based in Stevenage   Salary up to £50,000 + Bonus + 14% Pension + Overtime
Hybrid working (2-3 days a week onsite) | UK Security Clearance required   This isn’t paper pushing. This is bidding, negotiating and managing high-value defence contracts that directly support UK Armed Forces capability.   You’ll be at the centre of the action.
Winning new business.
Shaping contract terms.
Managing risk.
Advising senior stakeholders.   From Route to Contract through to delivery and closure, you’ll protect commercial interests, influence decisions and make sure commitments are delivered properly.   What you’ll bring:

• Strong contract lifecycle experience
• Confidence negotiating terms and managing change
• Solid understanding of risk, liabilities and IP
• Ability to influence engineers, project managers and senior leaders
• Commercial judgement, not just process knowledge
