Full Remuneration Package: £48,000-£58,000 DOE

A well-established and reputable law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with practising rights to join its specialist Family team in Christchurch.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family lawyer to join an active and supportive department with a strong focus on high-quality legal work and exceptional client care.

The Role

You will work as part of an established Family team, managing a varied caseload and providing high-quality advice and representation to clients across a broad range of Family Law matters.

The role will involve:

• Managing your own Family Law caseload
• Advising clients across a broad range of family matters
• Providing clear and practical legal advice
• Maintaining strong client relationships throughout matters
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the department
• Progressing matters efficiently and meeting relevant deadlines
• Contributing to the continued success and development of the Family team

The firm is looking for someone who is comfortable in a client-facing role and able to take ownership of their work while contributing positively to the wider team.

About You

• Qualified Family Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with practising rights
• 2+ PQE in Family Law
• Strong knowledge across a broad range of Family Law matters
• Excellent technical and legal skills
• Strong communication and client care abilities
• Confident dealing directly with clients
• IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Committed to delivering a high standard of client service
