WHAT WE DO AT REFLECT DIGITAL?
Reflect Digital is the digital marketing agency your customers will thank you for hiring.
Putting our clients’ customers first, we work closely with ambitious global brands and eCommerce businesses looking to elevate their marketing and move towards true customer-centricity. We help these companies to unleash their digital performance and grow revenue by leveraging human insights and psychological nudges to optimise strategies.
We believe end-customers do not care what channel they find their solution(s) via. The key for brands is to deliver the right message, at the right time in the right place, having built enough of a relationship and trust with the user to drive action or conversion. This is why a deeper understanding of your customer’s journeys, drivers and motivations is needed if you want to deliver exponential growth.
Since we were founded in 2011, we’ve received many awards and recognitions, including BIMA Agency Of The Year 2024, Campaign’s 3rd Best Place to Work in 2025, Employer of the Year, and Best Integrated Campaign (Large) 2024 with Brakes, among others, demonstrating both our commitment to our team and delivering truly strategic campaigns for our clients.
THE ROLE
As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you sit right at the heart of our client partnerships—acting as the essential glue that connects big strategy, delivery teams, and client success! Reporting directly to the Client Services Director and working alongside Growth Directors, you’ll be a strategic force, acting as a trusted partner to executive client stakeholders and the ultimate internal advocate for our delivery teams.
Your core mission? Challenge the status quo, connect channel performance directly to bottom-line ROI, and turn complex client ambitions into unified, high-impact growth strategies across SEO, Paid Media, Digital PR, and Creative Content. You’ll take full financial and operational ownership of key accounts, balancing high-level consulting and team leadership with continuous thought leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You’re not just managing accounts; you’re orchestrating digital transformation, driving commercial ROI, and mentoring the next generation of marketers. Here is how you’ll make your mark:
The Master Strategist: Driving ROI & Challenging Briefs
Don’t just accept a brief; challenge assumptions that won’t deliver real business impact, and quantify total ROI so clients see the exact connection to their bottom line.
Synthesise insights into one harmonised growth engine; connecting SEO, Paid Media, Digital PR, and Creative Content so they amplify each other seamlessly.
Serve as the internal voice of the client, ensuring every campaign deliverable lands with deep contextual relevance and hits business targets head-on.
Strategic Partnerships
Leverage frameworks like COM-B alongside high emotional intelligence to navigate high-friction interactions, clear roadblocks, and guide client decision-making cycles.
Become the indispensable advisor your clients rely on. Through proactive communication, reading between the lines, and exceptional servicing, you’ll turn accounts into raving fans (aiming for 9 or 10 “Promoter” NPS scores!).
Financial Ownership & Commercial Strategy
Take full financial and operational ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring work glides smoothly on time, within budget, and against agreed targets.
Identify organic upsells and account expansions, while managing SOWs, scoping, and resourcing to protect profitability.
Partner with delivery teams and sales leads to scope new opportunities, build compelling proposals, and bring energy to pitches and RFPs.
Leadership & Process Control
Provide structured guidance, direction, and workflows for junior team members to help them thrive and succeed.
Maintain rigorous quality control across all account outputs, collaborating closely with delivery leads to maintain momentum and cross-departmental alignment.
Industry Influence & Innovation
Be a leading voice within the agency by authoring thought leadership, contributing to award-winning case studies, and sharing fresh industry viewpoints.
Continually level up your skills in AI, behavioural science, and emerging search behaviours to keep our strategies world-class.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a sharp, account-focused marketing strategist who knows what it takes to lead and grow client partnerships within a fast-paced agency, turning complex briefs into undeniable ROI.
You bring solid experience in a similar client-facing role within an agency setting, with a proven history of delivering outstanding, measurable client results.
You know how to weave siloed channels (SEO, Paid, PR, Content) into one master roadmap that drives real client ROI.
You are confident managing SOWs, scoping, and financial growth, and you love using behavioural science frameworks to guide complex conversations.
You enjoy coaching junior team members, representing the agency externally, and building strong cross-functional relationships.
