Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (job share considered)

This post offers an opportunity to be the welcoming face of our school. Like all schools, reception is a key post in reflecting our culture and ethos to our students, parents and visitors. It is also a busy place embracing a variety of issues and challenges in support of the young people we work with. We are looking for someone who is relentlessly positive and solution focussed, who loves working with people and the variety that this can bring. We want reception to be an amazing warm and welcoming impression of Ashby School and our receptionist to be someone who takes pride in generating such an approach.

Our Reception post is also part of our wider school admin team. Working under the guidance of our Operations Manager, this post provides support to the attendance officer, our faculty admin teams and is an important part of our parental communication.

This is a permanent contract.
