Industrial Cleaner – Permanent Position

Salary: From £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 45 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Occasional Saturday mornings

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join a local company on a permanent basis.

The role involves cleaning a range of new-build warehouses, schools and medical centres, ensuring sites are maintained to a high standard and ready for use.

The Role

• 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Working hours between 6:00am and 7:00pm
• Occasional Saturday morning work
• Cleaning new-build commercial and public-sector properties
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness

Requirements

• Full manual driving licence – essential
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• CSCS card preferred, but not essential
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work flexibly across different sites
