We're recruiting for a Protection & Mortgage Advisor to join our client's independent practice in Essex.

Our clients are whole-of-market providers who offer Mortgage Admin support, providing advisors with a strong platform to focus on delivering tailored advice, converting leads and building lasting client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Advisor looking for a strong commission structure, tiered bonuses and hybrid working.

The Role

As a Protection & Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Provide tailored mortgage and financial services advice to clients
• Convert leads into written business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage process
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain regular customer contact

Protection & Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to convert appointments into successful sign-ups

What's on Offer?

• Basic salary ranging from £23,000 - £31,000
• Strong commission structure on all banked income
• Tiered annual bonuses
• On Target Earnings of £55,000 - £60,000

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Working Pattern

• Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Hybrid working
