The role will be responsible for driving brand awareness and customer engagement. This role involves overseeing campaigns, managing a team, and ensuring marketing efforts align with business objectives to deliver measurable results. Operating across both the not-for-profit and financial services sectors, they are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead an established team and drive the next phase of brand, digital and membership growth. Description The key responsibilities for the Head of Marketing will include: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals. Oversee and manage all marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet targets and deliver results. Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content. Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies.Profile A successful Head of Marketing should have the below experience: * 5+ years experience in a Marketing leadership role, ideally at 'Head of Marketing' level. * Team leadership experience - this role will inherit an experienced team of 6. * A strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and analytics. * Transferable industry backgrounds may include regulated industries, charities, public sector or not-for-profit bodies. * Experience in modernising marketing practices, including utilising automation + CRM systems. * Exceptional stakeholder management + communication skills. * Experience in developing and managing successful marketing campaigns. * A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives. * **Applicants should also be comfortable working in a wholly on-site based role** Job Offer On offer for the sucessful Head of Marketing: Basic salary of up to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience. City Centre office location in Manchester.
