Development Management Team Leader

United Kingdom Carrington West Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in the Midlands in the search for a Development Management Planning Team Leader to join on a initial 6 month contract (Then rolling).   The main purpose of the role will require you to line manage a small team of staff, the postholder will have delegated authority for decisions on planning applications. Key responsibilities will also require you to identify opportunities for service improvement and lead their implementation alongside the Development Manager and Head of Service.   Experience in a similar position is necessary.
