Help shape and scrutinise housing services in Winchester!

Bring challenge. Create change. Stay curious.

Winchester City Council is recruiting two tenants, leaseholders or shared owners to join Tenants and Council Together (TACT), our tenant-led scrutiny and assurance board.

TACT members do more than share views. They examine evidence, ask thoughtful questions, challenge us constructively and help turn tenants' experiences into meaningful improvements.

Two tenant members

Allowance

£1,200 a year, paid quarterly

Commitment

Four Board meetings, four workshops and two half-day stock tours each year

Location

Winchester City Council offices, with hybrid access when needed

Term

Three years, with an option to renew for a further two years

What you'll bring
