    The role:

    • Reablement Assistants provide direct support and assistance to individuals to retain their independence through person centred planning and enablement.
    • For the role of a Reablement Assistant applicants must meet the physical, social and emotional need of service users and work towards promoting independence and enhancing living skills.  
    • The successful applicant will assist service users with tasks as agreed in support plans. They will also support and participate in activities and recreational pursuits. 

    We are looking for individuals who: 

    • Are flexible and creative 
    • Have good communication skills
    • Promote good care practice maintaining dignity and respect for the cultural, spiritual and religious needs of an individual
