About the role
We are looking for a freelance Office/Studio Manager for 3 weeks of holiday cover, starting on Monday 24th August, to work with this London-based interior design agency.
You will be responsible for covering front of house, managing meeting rooms, admin support, managing freelance timesheets, booking travel and accommodation for the Directors, keeping studio consumables replenished, overseeing and responding to any H&S issues, and liaising with their external IT company to ensure any IT issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
This is a fully office-based role, the rate is up to £200 per day, and applicants must have strong office/studio management experience within a creatively led company
