This is an exciting opportunity to join Dudley Adult Social Care at a pivotal time of transformation. We are recruiting two Strategic Commissioning Leads to play a central role in shaping the future of care and support across the borough.
As part of our senior leadership team, reporting to the Associate Director, you will drive ambitious commissioning programmes that promote independence, prevent or delay the need for long-term care, and deliver high-quality outcomes for local people. Working collaboratively across health, housing, communities and provider markets, you will help create a modern, sustainable Adult Social Care system that is responsive, innovative and focused on what matters most to residents.
These are high-profile leadership roles offering the opportunity to influence strategy, lead change at scale and shape the future direction of Adult Social Care commissioning in Dudley. Together, the postholders will provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of commissioning responsibilities, strengthening services, markets and partnerships to meet current and future need.
