Are you a talented Pastry Chef de Partie or a talented Chef de Partie who wants to develop their pastry skills? ready to showcase your skills?

We have a busy Hotel and Restaurant looking for either a pastry Chef de Partie or a Chef de Partie who enjoys working in pastry to join their team.

The role will mostly be working within the existing pastry team of 4, creating a variety of Desserts and pastry items for Morning Coffees. Afternoon teas, functions, and Restaurant.

You’ll work under the guidance of a very experienced Pastry Chef alongside a talented brigade, producing beautiful, well-executed pastry work to a consistently high standard. This is a Pastry Chef de Partie role where your passion and creativity and approach genuinely matters.

Candidates will ideally need to live in the Stamford, Peterborough, Oakham, Market Deeping, Bourne, Grantham or Possibly Corby area with their own transport or could be located anywhere if you are happy to relocate and use the Accommodation provided.

Benefits

Base Salary from £29,000 – £30,000 (depending upon experience) | Share of Tips | Live In Available
