Restaurant and Bar Supervisor required for this busy country pub located near Corby. The role will involve working alongside the management team and the Owner

The role will involve supervising your team through service of the food and bar ensuring that everything runs smoothly at all times.

We are looking for a Restaurant and Bar Supervisor with a warm and friendly personality who has a definite ‘can do’ attitude.

Personality is key as well as the ability to do the job, our client runs a happy friendly business for both customers and staff so they are looking for somebody that will fit into this role.

It is a hands-on role, dealing with customers and staff on a daily basis, dealing with feedback and any complaints or questions that may arise.

As Restaurant and Bar Supervisor you should have previous experience of working in a Hotel, Pub or Restaurant for at least a couple of years and be really good with people. You will need working knowledge of food and wine and have the confidence to run a service at least twice a week.

If you’re creative you might also be asked to help with general marketing ideas, social media and discussing, planning and organising any promotions.

Applicants should have their own transport to get to work and live in the Corby, Kettering, Raunds, Rushden, Oundle, Burton Latimer or possibly Wellingborough area with their own transport

Benefits

Salary of £31,000 – £33,000 (depending upon experience)
Will be paid hourly £13.50 – £14 p/h
