Senior Structural BIM Modeller | City of London | £45,000 – £65,000 DOE | Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)

JustEng is partnering with an award-winning structural engineering consultancy — recognised with two IStructE Structural Awards — to appoint a Senior Structural BIM Modeller into its City of London team, with a genuine route through to BIM Manager level for the right person.

This is a small, flat, highly collaborative team rather than a large corporate structure — you’ll work directly alongside senior engineers and directors on a portfolio that runs from domestic extensions and listed-building refurbishments through to mixed-use developments worth hundreds of millions.

The opportunity

• Produce and coordinate structural BIM models (Revit) across a varied live project portfolio — residential, heritage, education, retail, commercial and industrial
• Take ownership of BIM workflows, standards and coordination on your own projects, with scope to shape the practice’s BIM approach as it grows
• Work in close, federated coordination with architects, M&E and other disciplines
• Produce general arrangement drawings, details and construction information
• Support and mentor less experienced modellers as the team’s BIM capability develops
• Progressive path towards BIM Manager responsibility — setting standards, templates and QA process — for a candidate who wants to grow into it

About you

• Around 5–15 years’ structural BIM/Revit modelling experience, from Senior Modeller through to BIM Manager-level capability
• Strong Revit skills; familiarity with BIM Level 2 workflows, Navisworks and clash detection
• Comfortable working across a genuinely varied portfolio and multiple live projects at once
• Clear communicator, comfortable coordinating directly with architects and engineers rather than working in isolation
• Right to work in the UK

Package and benefits

• £45,000 – £65,000 depending on experience, reviewed annually every December
• Discretionary bonus of up to 5%, based on company and personal performance
