What We're Looking For:

• Transferable Experience: A background in care, social care, or education.
• Autism Awareness: A solid understanding of autism and the autistic spectrum.
• Comfort with Personal Care: Willingness to support pupils aged 5-16 with personal care routines.
• Full driving licence and access to a car (essential due to the rural campus location).
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be ready to process one).
• Note: Applicants must have existing UK work rights (sponsorship and visa applications cannot be supported).
