Role: 2nd Line Support Endpoint Engineer
Type: Contract (3 Months with potential extension)
Location: Norwich, UK
Working Model: 5 Days Onsite

Payrate: £12.00 to £14.32 per hour on Inside IR35 via Umbrella

We are looking for a highly customer-focused Endpoint Engineer to provide exceptional 2nd-line support for our clinical and corporate teams in Norwich.

What You'll Do

• Provide 2nd-line remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Build, configure, and deploy workstations and laptops for technology refreshes.
• Support and manage Active Directory, Windows 11, Office 365, Citrix, and Sophos.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents within strict SLAs via the IT Service Desk.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in 2nd-line IT desktop/hardware support.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, M365, and Active Directory.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate IT jargon for non-technical users.
• A relevant IT degree, Microsoft Certification, or ITIL Foundation knowledge (highly desirable).
