This is a flexible supply role, ideal for coaches who want work that fits around training sessions, matches, or other commitments.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to supervise pre-set lessons when teachers are absent, ensuring students stay on task and maintain a positive learning environment. Your coaching skills—such as leadership, communication, discipline and motivating young people—translate perfectly into the classroom.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their work, want to gain experience across a range of school settings, or are seeking a flexible work-life balance. You’ll have the opportunity to work in supportive schools, develop your skills, and make a positive impact on pupils’ learning.

What You’ll Do:

· Engage and support students, helping them succeed academically and socially.

· Establish positive relationships with both students and staff.

· Provide consistent support at the same school, eliminating the uncertainty of different assignments.

· Potential for a full-time contract with the school in the future.
