About the role

Senior Product Manager (Onboarding & AI) Salt have partnered with a PE backed Fintech to help hire a Senior Product Manager to improve both client and colleague experience, driving AI driven workflows and enhancing the efficiency of customer onboarding. This is a design first product role with a genuine stake in two connected areas: digital and ops onboarding, and the organisation's wider AI and agentic workflow strategy. You will work closely with the Head of Product, own the day to day product discipline on a live onboarding platform, and get close visibility of an ambitious agentic transformation programme that is still taking shape. What you will be doing Owning product discipline across an existing digital onboarding platform, including stakeholder management with operational teams Applying design thinking, discovery and iterative delivery to translate business needs into simple, safe, measurable experiences Working alongside a small digital team exploring how generative AI and agentic capability can be applied across core business workflows Building trusted relationships across digital, technology, operations and the wider business Managing third party suppliers and delivery partners, and contributing to technology selection where needed What we are looking for Strong product management experience delivering complex digital products from discovery through to adoption Experience with digital onboarding, client lifecycle or colleague facing product delivery A design first mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and self direction rather than a fixed brief Genuine, active interest in AI and agentic ways of working, professional or personal Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally including operational or back office relationships Financial services, wealth management or financial planning experience is an advantage but not essential The role would suit a mid-level PM ready to take on more ownership whilst growing their commercial and stakeholder mgmt toolkit. This is a business investing seriously in digital and AI enabled ways of working, operating at pace with real commercial discipline. It is a role for someone who wants to help shape that direction, not simply follow one. Interested candidates should apply directly for a confidential conversation about the role. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
