Adult Social Worker - Review Team
About the role:
The Review Team undertakes reviews for people who are living in residential care settings, the focus will be to undertake proportionate reviews to ensure residents are contacted in a timely manner to ensure their care needs are being met safely and appropriately. The role works within the Review Team, and closely with the Contract and Quality Assurance Team and Safeguarding Adults Hub. A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a qualified social worker in Adult Social Care and experience of undertaking Care Act 2014 reviews and completing care and support plans is essential. A working knowledge of both Safeguarding and DoLS legislation is required.

About the role:

What you need:
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Registered with Social Work England
- At least 2 years PQE as an Adult Social Worker
- Enhanced DBS check
- Excellent communication and written skills
