What You'll Be Doing:

Join our international beverage production hub as a key Production Operative. You'll play a critical role in packaging, quality-checking, and prepping top-tier products for millions of consumers around the globe.


Role Overview
  • Job Title: Production Operative
  • Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing
  • Location: Forest of Dean (GL16 8JB)
  • Starting Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
  • Post-Parity Pay Rate: £13.62 per hour (Day & Night) after 12 weeks!
  • Shift Patterns:

o 8-Hour Rotation: Morning (06:00 - 14:00), Afternoon (14:00 - 22:00), Night (22:00 - 06:00)

o 12-Hour Rotation: Day (06:00 - 18:00), Night (18:00 - 06:00)

o (Must be fully flexible to work all shifts and patterns)

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective production and packaging of high-quality goods.
  • Prepare, operate, and clean packaging equipment efficiently.
  • Perform on-line quality control checks on finished products, components, and syrups.
  • Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety/PPE guidelines.
  • Assist across cross-functional teams depending on daily production needs.
  • Handle manual lifting duties safely as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Previous production operative experience or background in food/drink manufacturing is beneficial, but not essential-a great attitude is key!
  • Key Behaviours: Reliable, physically fit for hands-on tasks, flexible across shift patterns, and driven to succeed.
  • Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Skills: Basic computer literacy and excellent communication skills (writing, speaking, and reading).
