About the role
Build the engine that drives our growth.
Marketing Signals has spent nearly two decades helping ambitious brands dominate Google. Today, we’re doing the same across AI Search, SEO, Paid Media and Digital PR. Now we’re looking for someone to do for Marketing Signals what we do for our clients. We’re looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to build a predictable lead generation engine that consistently fills our sales pipeline. This isn’t a traditional marketing role. You’re not here to manage a brand or organise events. You’re here to generate opportunities. You’ll own our demand generation strategy from end to end, testing new channels, launching campaigns, creating content, optimising conversion rates and continually finding better ways to attract qualified B2B leads. If you enjoy experimenting, making decisions based on data and seeing your work directly influence company growth, you’ll love this role.
What You’ll Own You’ll have responsibility for generating demand across every stage of the marketing funnel.
That includes:
- Building and owning our lead generation strategy
- Increasing both the quantity and quality of inbound enquiries
- Planning and executing multi-channel acquisition campaigns
- Developing campaigns targeting senior decision makers across B2B sectors
- Creating content that drives demand, supports SEO and improves AI visibility
- Managing paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta and emerging channels
- Building email marketing, lead nurturing and marketing automation campaigns
- Launching webinars, downloadable assets and other lead magnets
- Developing referral partnerships and co-marketing opportunities
- Continually testing new channels, messaging and creative
- Managing marketing budgets and investing where ROI is highest
- Reporting on marketing performance and presenting recommendations for growth
What Success Looks Like
Your success will be measured by outcomes, not activity.
Key metrics include:
- Booked sales meetings (primary KPI)
- Marketing qualified leads
- Sales pipeline generated
- Revenue influenced
- Cost per acquisition
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate
- Paid media return on investment
- Email engagement and conversion
- Overall contribution to business growth
What We’re Looking For
You’ll probably have experience in several of the following:
- B2B demand generation
- Growth marketing
- Paid social advertising
- Marketing automation
- CRM platforms (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Email marketing
- Landing page optimisation
- Campaign management
- Budget management
- Copywriting
- Video marketing
- Performance reporting
Experience within a digital marketing agency, SaaS or technology business would be advantageous, but what matters most is your ability to generate pipeline.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Think commercially before creatively
- Love testing ideas and learning quickly
- Make decisions based on data rather than opinion
- Take ownership rather than waiting for direction
- Can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Enjoy working at pace
- Care about revenue, not vanity metrics
- Want autonomy to build something meaningful
Why Join Marketing Signals?
You’ll join an established, award-winning agency with an ambitious growth plan and the freedom to make a genuine impact. This isn’t a business where marketing is viewed as a support function. Marketing is one of the primary drivers of our future growth, and you’ll play a central role in shaping it. You’ll work directly with the founders, have the freedom to experiment with new ideas, and see the commercial impact of your work every month.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Four-day working week (32 hours)
- 100% remote working
- Flexible working hours
- Paid Claude or ChatGPT subscription
- Dedicated training and development budget
- Fast MacBook or PC
- Competitive annual leave
- Company pension
- Opportunity to attend industry conferences and events
- A genuinely supportive, no-politics culture where good ideas win
Salary Up to £45,000 basic salary with a performance-related bonus Realistic OTE: £55,000+
Ready to Build Something?
If you’re excited by growth marketing, love generating leads and want the autonomy to build a marketing engine that directly influences company revenue, we’d love to hear from you. Show us campaigns you’ve built, experiments you’ve run and results you’ve achieved. Get in touch and stand out from the crowd
