About the role
Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced Revenues Processing Officer to support the delivery of an efficient and accurate Council Tax service. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Council Tax accounts, determining liability, assessing discounts and exemptions, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with legislation, council policies and service standards.
