Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with one of Northern Irelands best resorts in near Enniskillen and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day running of your section.

Working with the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef you will help create menu’s for the 3 rosette restaurant using the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award winning meats, fish and cheese fresh from surrounding area.

What’s involved?

You will require experience in similar 4 or 5 star establishments with 3 rosettes and as well as amazing culinary background you will need fanatic people skills and the ability to communicate with the rest of the team to hit the high attention to detail.
